The occasion was the puja of Asal that stars Ajith in the lead.
“We’re in the process of finalising the two heroines in the film,” revealed director Saran, “Ajith will also don two get-ups in the film.”
Ajith promised that Asal be a landmark film in his career. The music for the film will be composed by Bharadwaj, who will also be collaborating with international musicians
Though it was touted to be a simple puja function, the morning was a star-studded one with the presence of many Kollywood celebrities. Prabhu and Ramkumar were pleasant hosts, welcoming and greeting every one with a broad smile.
Actors Surya, Karthi, Shakthi and directors Vishnuvardhan and Vijay were also present on the occasion.
